Overview

Agricultural and Extension Education (AEE) at The Ohio State University is one of the premiere programs in the world that prepares individuals for educational career opportunities in Agriculture and Extension. Graduates of the AEE program excel in occupations as Extension educators, high school agriculture teachers, sales representatives, commodity specialists, and careers that demand human relation skills and educational expertise.

The AEE program offers an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education with three tracks (Agricultural Education – General Studies, Extension Education, and Teacher Education). Students in the AEE graduate program earn degrees in Human and Community Resource Development who specialize in Agricultural Communication (M.S.), Agricultural Education (M.S., M.Ed., Ph.D.) or Extension Education (M.S., M.Ed., Ph.D.).
